Community Building

A successful online community helps an organisation to tailor the products and services to the requirements of the client. An internal community enables employees to cooperate and share knowledge. An overall community strategy focuses on the organisation, community goals, target groups and measurement methods.

This strategy is used to develop a well founded plan of action so that purposeful decisions related to the community platform(s), content and activation can be made for the long term.

An experienced Community Manager will be involved with the project from the outset and will ensure that both the internal organisation and the client are included in every step. The Community Manager has final responsibility for facilitating optimum contact between the clients themselves and between the clients and the organisation. The job responsibilities include the creation, sharing and moderation of the content.
